Framerates on two identical computers differ

My husband and I both recently built two identical gaming computers. The settings are the same on both. However, on WoW, he is getting 70fps and I'm getting about 20. We both run the same amount of mods. Checked everything in the device manager and BIOS and all we could think of, and says all the components are running fine and there are no errors. Tried switching ports in our router to see if we had a bad connection and same result. Tried switching router cables...no difference.

We have the same version of WoW and the same Nvidia drivers. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be? Here are our system specs.

Windows Vista x64
Nvida SLI 8600 DDR3 (2 per comp)
(2 per comp) 1 gig 800mhz memory
Intel Dual core 2000 mhz
160gig 7200rpm harddrive

Shoudn't be a problem, WoW is known to have issues with Vista and new 8 series from nVidia. Try to see what processes are being used in the background of your PC , and see if anything is throttling the CPU.
