What does it mean? Run dialog Box message

I have this message appearing along with the Run command prompt:

“This task will be created with administrative privileges”

Any IDEA..

Windows Vista Ultimate Edition.

It means that whatever program you run from that dialog will have administrator priveledges. That means that settings can be changed and your system can be affected.
