Though for the top I would personally drill the fan holes into the window, not have the tabs like that.

Also you may want to re-think your cooling idea. An ideal situation is cool air comes in one direction and exits on the opposite side. Sure the top can exhaust hot air but that won't help components which are further back than the top holes are.

Ideally you'll want the same amount of fan holes on the opposite side.
