So use 3 partitions, one for each OS and one for data. Sorting your data is what folders are for.

I'm using RAID0+1, and it's fine for everything.

Woah, I didn't realize there were so many responses. I am just reading this now. Thanks a lot, found the answer I was looking for. Is it possible to set up RAID on a notebook? Like with multiple partitions?

RAID is Redundant Array of Independent Disks, essentially the inverse of partitioning, so, no. A RAID is something you do with multiple physical drives of the same capacity, not logical drives or partitions.
