Try using a pci card instead of your agp and see if that does anything.

Usually around this point I start to suspect the motherbaord of being dead. Occasionally it's the memory. Have you checked compatibility on the manufacturer's website? Some mobos are picky about their ddr. Worth a shot.

nu2duo is the winner. After hours of trying different parts, The solution was to take off the processor fan, pull out the processor, put it back in, and re-attach the parts. Booted to BIOS first time!
