if your still looking at a q6600 cooler.. a TR-120 Extreme is noteworthy... its one of the best out there... you just need to buy a fan to go with it...

If you are planning to get the most out of your Q get the TRUE-120. It will easily let you run 3.6ghz. Also if you plan on getting the ultra, microcenter has it on sale for 559 this month.

I don't think the ultra is worth it. Save the money and overclock it yourself. It isn't THAT far from stock.

go with the ultra, its 10 bucks more than the GTX at microcenter and definitely worth it.

its like paying 10 bucks more for a guaranteed overclock and not voiding any warantees.

AND its got a fancy heatsink fan which is suppose to make it run cooler...
but i ended up buying the HR-03 Plus anyways since i want to oc my Ultra further!!!

But yeah, get the ultra since its really cheap at the moment and get the hsf that vernong suggester...its expensive, but since you do what the best of the best...i would get that.

Not really, there is some difference in the board also. The ultra will be able to overclock farther than a gtx. This is why they sell "superclocked gtx" and "superclocked ultra" models.
