All the new chipsets/Motherboards

Don't forget that new chipsets take a while to 'mature', and become reliable and compatible. My personal rule is to treat anything 'younger' than ~6 months with extreme caution- so people have time to write reviews, and manufacturers have time to iron out the inevitable bugs.

The real truth with computers is that the technology is ever-advancing, and there will forever be the 'next generation' chipset just around the corner. At some point, you have to just stop and buy something!
 
Yeah your right :S on a side note would the p5k deluxe be able to run the new 45 nm penryn processors?
