I'm still debating if I should just purchase the 8800 GTS 320MB vs the X1900GT (rev 2).

I'm also not sure if I should purchase the Q6600 or the E2180

tough choices, I don't know if my plan is good. If i should purchase budget and wait for price drops off premium products.

The HD 2900 PRO is supposed to be a good card in the 8800 GTS range. Might want to look at that one too.

Agreed, and I hate recommending the ATI cards, as I've been a nVidia fan boy and was happy to see nVidia take the top... the HD 2900 PRO really does seem like a great card.
