itx is a form factor like atx has sub divisions of e-atx, atx, micro-atx. Mini-itx you suffer a loss in slots for a cut in size but you get the same performance you can get a quad core with a 8800ultra running on a mini-itx system but the sheer size of the gfx card defeats the object of having a small form factor.

I would reccomend for you either a commel lv-677 or lv-676 (use google to look up commels website) then add a e2160 and you can pack a big punch in a small box...

yea but these form factors dont seem to be on the cheap side I mean portability isnt really my biggest concern more so Price and Quality

seems like you don't know what you want heres our advice:

get a normal desktop and use an am2 build which is the cheap option but not overly portable or a mini-itx build which is highly portable but a bit more expensive
