We run a call center on a Win2K3 server domain. We use AD and group policies for our sales reps so they have limited access to everything on the computer. (they can only access internet explorer). I places the installer package in the software installation option under computer configuration tree. How do I get a shortcut to show up on only specific users desktops for the office apps? **** I don't care if its on everyones but specifying which by adding them to a group would be awesome.
