My HDD shows

Only half of the actual size.
I'm about to format using my win95 floppy (which usually fixes everything, strangely.)

Does anyone know what my HDDs problem is?

Is your hard drive partitioned?

if not partitioned, could be that you have HDD problems itself, but... using a win95 floppy to fix it? never heard of that

well if it helps any, I had the 2 harddrives (250 gig a piece) go into raid 0.
i kept having problems, so I decided to format without raid.

I just formated with the win95 disk, and it brang one of my disks back to 238gb.

I deleted all partitions, it just shows my max space to be 127gb.

finished with win 95 format on disk D

Any OS installer before XP sp2 is only going to show your drive being 127gb. You will need to get an updated XP disk or make a slipstreamed SP disk.

even if I install windows on the "127" gb HD, will it turn to a 250gb, when I install sp 1/2 ?

My suggestion is to partition the boot sector of about 30gb. Install windows to that partition. Then fully update windows and have the machine search for the leftover drive space.
