I wasn't sure where else to put this, so I'm gonna toss it over here.
I'm looking at getting two-three servers, with one being a "main" server (looking at an x335 but I don't know how to configure it exactly @ IBM's page), and two.. "crappy" servers for an IRC network.
The site itself will provide free email, free webhosting, profiles, forums, chat, new/articles/etc, and I'm trying to find a nice moderatly priced rackmounted server that I can grow into (Which is why I was looking at an x335).
Anyone have any suggestions or comments on the x335 by IBM? Good? Bad? Got another server you think would be good..? I don't know that much about servers except the more complex and cooler it sounds the better it is
Also feel I should say that the servers will be colocated at the NAP of the Americas, one of the few Tier 1 Network Access Points in the world.

(Also if someone wants to post configurations for me.. thatd be great )
