audiodg using too much cpu power

recently i installed windows vista and i found this audiodg was causing the problem which my audio sound like cracking fireworks (lol i really mean it). It also stutter even when playing mp3 audio or video with sound or anything that makes sound so is anyone having this problem?I'm sure i have the latest drivers for my audio and other drivers. thanks.
