Screen Issue.

I have an old laptop, that got dropped.... Bulb got smashed, and I also put in a new inverter, landed on that corner. Now when I boot it, there's a rectangle, bout 1 1/2" x 2", not on in the corner. It's a perfectly rectangle area, with no broken smears, or signs of damage.

I'm wondeing, before I tear it apart again, is it just possibly a bad connection? or is it really a broken screen.

its probably a bad connection, but other things to look at is to make sure those parts you replaced are exactly the same part number (im sure it is but mistakes can be made)

yes i think so too, it could be a connection problem.

Thanks guys... Its only my 10 yo Sattilite 320, but it works A1. The parts are correct... Lots of searching, and did check #'s.
