Drop that motherboard. For what it offers, it is so overpriced. And there are cheaper alternatives, that do just as well. I would suggest:
Abit IP35 Pro (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

That memory kit is cheaper at overclockers.co.uk:
OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC2-6400C4 Dual Channel Platinum Revision 2 XTC Series DDR2 (OCZ2P800R22GK)

As for the power supply, either:
Corsair HX 620W ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU (CMPSU-620HXUK)
or
Corsair HX 520W ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU (CMPSU-520HXUK)
...both can easily handle your system.

For the CPU fan, I recommend:
Tuniq Tower 120 CPU Cooler (Socket 478/754/939/940/AM2/LGA775)
...with:
Arctic Cooling MX-2 Thermal Compound

The case that you picked, actually, has quite a good deal of fans. So it's more than enough.

Thanks for the replies,

hey b1gapl

thanks for the reccomendations those psu's will definatley do the job and the price aint bad either, thanks for the cheaper ocz ram price too.

i had a look in the the motherboard you reccomended. however its and intel chipset, and the striker is an 680i SLI which i was told i needed in order to run the two 8800gts GPU's in SLI bridge mode??. its a great price though thanks for the reccomendation.

Veedub thanks for the reccomen, i did look into that case before i decided. i amdit it does have great cooling features, but i just prefered the evil "welcome to the darkside" look of the NZXT LEXA BlackLine case.

thanks again.
