How Can I Tell What Motherboard Is In My Computer?

I used CPU-Z, and it didn't determine the motherboard.

it did say the Chipset is Sis 730, the southbridge is SiS LPC Bridge, the LPCIO is ITE IT8705, and the Bios is American Megatrends, Inc, version 062710 dated 07/15/97. The CPU is an AMD Athlon Thunderbird, Socket A (462), .18um, 1.760v. It didn't identify the memory, except that I know I have 512 in one slot.

Does this information tell me anything useful. I will open the box if I have to. I don't have a phillips head screwdriver handy right now.
