I'm about to order parts from newegg, so i'm wondering.... are all of the parts I picked out compatible? I'm pretty sure they are I just don't want to get them and find out they aren't. Thanks a lot in advance for all help.

POWMAX is certainly, not a trustworthy brand of power supplies. I'd suggest this instead:
Newegg.com - FSP Group (Fortron Source) AX400-PN ATX12V 400W Power Supply 120/220 - 240v NEMKO, TUV, CSA, IEC, UL, CE - Retail
....It might be less wattage, but it's of higher quality, and still more powerful, because it has more amps on it's +12v rails, than that POWMAX, since that is where the power is at.

Other than that, everything is compatible.

What version of XMS2 is that? The one with 4-4-4-12 or 5-5-5-15 timings?

Looks good.. and its compatible... also.. check if you can get a GDDR3 version of the x1650 because 256mb of gddr3 outperforms 512 mb of gddr2 (also its gonna bottleneck your 6000+ try to pick up a 7900gs or so) also why are you using such a lame PSU... it might fry your new system... and i knnow you don't want that..

EDIT: and as usual.. b1gapl is at the top of things :)

Thanks for the advice. I got the psu that you suggested and also upgraded to this.

EVGA 256-P2-N615-TX GeForce 7600GT 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Supported Video Card - Retail

Went a little over my budget, gonna have to come up with an extra 30 bucks or so.
