Build #2 finished - photos

Well, took a lot of work but I finished my brothers computer, here are some photos, case was an old thing I had from years gone by, no fans so had to do some case modding. His game name is Maniacal so hence the tag on the front and the "M" plate over the front fan.

WHAT I DID:
Step 1: disasemble old comp
Step 2: cut hole for fan in side panel
Step 3: cut plexyglass to size to fit front drive bays
Step 4: cut hole for fan in front plexyglass
Step 5: add random image to plexyglass panel and install
Step 6: sand and paint everything, even ugly beige drives
Step 7: add fans to front, side and back
Step 8: assemble and overclock

Yeah, i'm pleased with the result...my wife says it looks better than my new antec 900

Too bad he didn't have the cash to deck it out properly, ah well, i guess when your choices are tuition/food or 8800gts.....most people would make the right call.

geeze, so picky! Lol, yeah is a WOW wallpaper that I added "maniacal" too. Left it clear plexy at first but just looked off so came up with the idea of printing off some image from his favourite game and placing it between two plexy pieces to give it some character. he likes the flash so it worked.

Up close you can tell the "maniacal" is photoshoped I always have problems getting text to look smooth in photoshop and didn't have time to figure it out again as that image ideas was a last minute addition.
