The X1950XT still performs a good bit better than the 7950GT but because of how hard it is to find and the price went up the 7950GT is still a good choice.

If you can find it, the 1950 is the winner. I paid $200 for mine, then it dropped to $150, and now they are like hens' teeth.

Either card would do you fine, though.

my mate has a HIS 1950 pro 512MB and we get the same FPS, so i wish everyone would stop saying 1950 owns the 7950, it DOESNT own it at all lol.

If the X1950PRO = 7950GT like you sed, then the XT will evidently beat down the 7950 wont it.

but like Vaanish said.. we're talking about the XT not the pro... theres a huge difference between the x1950xt and x1950pro... go look at some benchies!!
