I wanna build a new computer in the next couple of weeks or so. I wanna spend around 1,400. Tell me what you think. Thanks.

hmm... well what kind of computer is this gonna be? cause a 200GB hardrive is way too much... unless if your gonna be using it for like video editing or somthing.. i would get like a 80-120Gb HD.
 
Get the clawhammer core Athlon 64 3200+ instead of the one you've got. It has a 1MB L2 cache at the expense of 200MHz on the clock speed. Believe me, you will need that extra L2 cache more than you will need that extra 200MHz. Its the same price at newegg.com. Also, I don't see a graphics card listed. With your other parts, I suggest you get at least the ATI Radeon 9800 Pro if not the X800.
