Really need help! How to open .Sol files?

Hi everyone.

My friend sent me a video/documentary the other day, but for some reason its a .Sol file?

Ive tried opening it with the software i useually use but it wont work.

Does anyone know which software to use when opening and playing .Sol files?

File Extension .SOL Details

That says it is a Flash MX file extension. So you would need Flash MX installed.
