Is that a good watercooling kit for watercooling n00bs like myself?

I understand two important parts of watercooling are the pump and how much coolant it can hold, but would that kid do a good job for watercooling?

Also, compared to my current cooling set up which is-

Thermaltake V1 heatsink
2x120mm fans (1 ehxuats one intake)
1x90mm 1 (intake)
Side 90mm hole air to be pushed out via the heatsink

Idle temp @ stock 2.4ghz is around 38 C and load I don't believe is above 50 C.

With a watercooling set up like that one i posted the link too, how much lower could I see temps go?

Oh, and room temp is always between 67(sometimes lower) and never above 73.

Why do you want watercooling? Are you planning to O/C more?

Haha, no, because I want to run really cold stock idle temps(sarcasm).

Yes, for OC'ing. I'd like to get my Q6600 to be able to run at 3.2 or so, and with B3 stepping that's not possible on air.

I'm going to have to sell my OCZ before I do so, it's holding me back. I'll pick up some Ballistix since that seems to be what everyone has good luck with.
