Pointsec may be designed to prevent break-in, but I am sure techies would have figured out a way to by-pass that or obtina the pwd.

If he has the password set on BIOS he can't load windows without entering the password.

Ah yeah that's true. But he was asking about how to get the username and password for the account, so I assumed that either there was no BIOS password, or that he had somehow already managed to get that.

What do you mean you can't boot into safe mode...all you do is press F8 then select it. There's no way you could NOT.

Will try to boot once again through safe mode. Will get back with you on the outcome. Thanks!

I am not sure about the BIOS pwd. Will try once again to see if I can go into BIOS setup. I thought I did it and couldn't get in. Will double check. Thanks!

What if you used a R.A.T? you wouldnt even need to touch is computer. Just send him a fake file.
