Graphics Card Question

Ok...I got this really old computer that I bought back in 2002, and I just want to upgrade it slightly so I can be able to play a few small games. So I was wondering when a GFx card says that it requires:

Minimum of a 250 Watt power supply.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 18 Amps.)

And checking the specs of my computer when I bought it:

Would that mean that if I were to buy that specific card, my computer would not boot due to required higher current needed?

No, that card will not work.

If you want an AGP video card then I would not get anything less that this

The card would work, but does the computer have a AGP slot? Many Dells do not have a graphics slot on the mobo.
