I have like no money right now, but i need to upgrade video card. Would it be worth it to buy this cheap one or not. Right now i have a PCI radeon 9250 128mb.

yah, i just dont know if it would be worth it for me, because within the next year im going to upgrade to a high quality card. I know its only $15. Is directX 10 video card any better than 9 for windows xp? And how much is shipping usually for tigerdirect
