Okay my freind is looking at an upgrade. Now he is stuck on a GeForce 4 MX440, which wont play CS:S at acceptable frames at 1024 x 768. All he wants to do is play it at that res, with acceptable frames (dosent care about graphical settings)
The question i ask is, out of these two, which offer best bang for the buck:
Buy 256MB Inno3D GeForce 6200Â I-A6200-G4E3 from CCL - Online Retailer of the Year 2006
Buy 128MB Sapphire Radeon 9250 AGPÂ 11046-62-20 from CCL - Online Retailer of the Year 2006
Also, will they be able to play CS:S at this res?
Finally, what would be the bare minimum power supply wattage/amperage for this, 1Gb DDR RAM @ 2.5V , and 2.0GHz celeron?
Thx for feedback.
