I probably will make a window for it.

I don't think it's too much light. The lights don't stop me from sleeping.
Maybe it's just my personality type (INTP)

heh...I have a lot of lights coming from my side panel too. It's not like it's directly in my face. It's facing the opposite direction.

i have 2 small lights coming out of the corner of my case but since my case is on the other side of the room it doesnt bother me. The lights arent from the fans though.

Clamped the grill onto the top:

drilled the screw holes:

Drilled some pilot holes, for the jigsaw:

masked the whole top, to prevent scratching:

Fan holes have been cut:

and the grill fits perfectly:

Those are my dad's legs you can see.

Here is the top, back on the case, with the radiator installed:

with 5 of the 8 fans installed.
I still need screws to put the three others on the radiator.

Inside the case, looking at the top:

Next step is to make some holes, for wire management.
With a case this good, it'd be an insult to have bad wire management.

you can't really see it, but there is foam between the radiator and the top of the case. It's a pre-cut piece of foam, that came with the radiator.

The screws are a bit long to attach the radiator directly, without damaging the radiator core.

I will probably try making holes for wire management, and use some rubber trim.

yea, try rounding off the edges before you put rubber edging on any holes you cut.

VERY SEXY!!! can wait to see outcome of this !!!BEAST!!! isnt modding the best feeling. I love looking at all my cases at just thinking back at what fun and ofcoarse the problems i ran into. But it was all worth the sweat and $$ in the end because they turn out BADA$$!!! IDK if id take that nice of a case and mod it tho but idk iam craving to mod a Lian li i got sitting in my closet after seeing this
. Mainly because I work alot so dont got much time.
