PSU dieing out?

i was checking temps on my computer, as I always do.. (obsessed about temps) and I noticed my psu exhaust fan is not blowing as fast as it was before (not touched, all clean of dust, etc..)

is this a sign that the psu might be dieing out?

if so I have checked around for some cases w/psu's inside and have come up with this:

are the Aspire psu's any good? long lasting? what do you guys think about the air flow in the case (4 fans)

what size is your PSU? maybe the fan is just going dead on it. Not the actual PSU but probley the fan.... If your computer is booting up ok and if its running properly then ur PSU fan is probley going bad.

yep, everything is fine with the booting and all.. the psu is 400watts

anyone have the aspire cases/psu's? are they reliable?

i do... its 350 watt though.
