cuz the GTS is 270 and the 8600 gts is 170

it wouldnt be worth getting the 8700 when you could spend a little more and get something waaaay better

i think its worth it.. since it uses the 65nm process.. why not overclock the 8700gts to about 8800gts speeds... and with the PureVideo3 engine.. YouTube movies will be great!

I'm guessing the physics cards that come out, do a better job, since they are specifically designed for that task. Still not worth it though. With the tiny amount of game support it has.

it has game support, just not enough. I want one even though u hate it ;(.

i still dont see any games supporting the Physics engine in the 8800 yet, which is sad IMO.

welp.. none of the motherboards come with a 2nd SLi bridge to use it anyway either.. so whats up with that!!!
