and maroon that 85 dollars is for OEM.. i dunno just my peeve.. i like having the box.. lol, don't much care for the heatsink... but i guess some people do? anyway.. i'd rather get a full retail if its only 15 dollars difference

Lapping is just sanding down the heatsink or cpu heat spread so that it is perfectly flat for better thermal transition from chip to heatsink.
