Is a cheap hard drive messing up my system?

Hey, nothing is wrong with your HDD. MOM.exe is part of ati catalyst so if your not using an ATI card use drivercleaner to clean up your ATI drivers. If you are using an ATI card, make sure that you have the driver properly installed.

I used to get the MOM.exe error on windows vista and on windows xp. On windows xp if you don't install the requirements for ATI catalyst you will have trouble with the ATI catalyst. I believe Frame Network 2.0 was one of the requirements.
