You might be able to overclock a little further with that motherboard, compared to the previous choice.

Wouldn't this board be a bit better, with not much of an increase in price?

I'm not sure of Foxconn is a good company or not. You could go with this Asus, but is more expensive at 62.20/73.09.

Actually yes...the 570 and 590 chipsets, are probably the best for AM2 overclocking.
