for that processor its not worth oc at all. Im using my backup pc and its got an amd 3400. idles at 30 and on load it goes to 50. Im using the optys heatsink and fan and as5 paste on it.

Just get the opteron 165, i just sold mine. Their much better and way easier to oc and they idle around 30 if you have an aftermarket cooler and a buch of fans.

For the idle temps, it could get lower, but my case was really crappy, thats why i ended up going with stock clocks.
