CD/DVD Burning programs? Which ones

What are the better "free" DVD/CD Burning Programs.

I want them to be able to burn at the Max speed of my drives.

ImgBurn is good. Other than that there isnt too many free good ones. Also a bit of advice. Burning at top speeds can created data corruption. So a CD burned at max speed of 52X can cause some skipping. A DVD burned at 16X can cause some data not to be written correctly. It is always best to go with a mid speed. Saves the data and burns it correctly.
