I just unplugged and replugged the tuniq to the PCI controller and now it seems to work. At Hi it sets the rpm to 1100 rpm, and at low the rpm is at 490ish rpm. Still the rpm values are too low...but maybe since its at bios at startup the chips are 30 celcius so the tuniq automatically knows to do below normal rpms? Still thought I cant hear a SOUND out of my tuniq, the only way I know its actually running is I can see the blade spinning under the fans and my chips arent catching on fire.
