The last time i helped out a guy with this problem, he allso insisted that it wasn't a virus or spyware. Turns out, it was. Lucky for him, he stoped it from spreading just in the nick of time. Just try it anyway. Because virusess like that don't get erased after you reformat a drive again. Spyware simply downloads itself again the next time you go on the internet.

Yeah if youre using crap internet explorer, which im not.

well, now I'm apt to say either a faulty power supply, or possibly power regulator. Try rpl power supply.
