Hi Guys I just built a new System Which is a

AMD ATHLON XP 2400+ Not overclocker
ASROCK Motherboard
SONY 4x DVD Burner
512MB Ram
80GIG Hardrive
Winfast TV tuner Card
6 Fans 5 exhaust 1 intake
Ipex T400 Case
350 Watt Power Supply

Im just worried about my setup of fans

Wheneber i turn my pc one the CPU Temp IS 21 C and The Case Temp is 21 C Whenever I play a game or burn a dvd the case and cpu temp are both 23 C I just want to know if the setup of fans are good because i heard the colder the pc the better

I believe it was a 2:1 ratio 2 Exhaust for 1 Intake (I could be wrong though.) But whether I'm right or not, add another intake because 5:1 just sounds wrong.

21-23c are great temps, half the people I know run 40-50c and I run 35-40c. So your temps are perfect.

You've got excellent temps, try 3 Intakes and 3 Exhausts like sewerbeing said

the thing with 2:1 (exhaust:intake), is that the exhaust fans will draw air through cracks and that will have a lot of dust, leading to problems. If you have equal intake and exhaust, you can put a dust filter on the intake fans, and voila no more dust (or at least a lot less dust).
