Control Panel

OK done, Now when I open it in its renamed "Control Panel" title, I keep getting this recurring resposnse that I've got elsewhere:
"This opreation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Plse contact yr System Administrator"


So I now have to get beyond this point.


Ideas???

What I would do is log on to the built in admin account, rename your account to yourname.old, then log back into your account and it should build you a new profile and then you ca drag your other stuff back in. Also, post a hijackthis log

logon as administrator, then go to C:\Documents and Settings\beach276 and rename it it beach276.old

then log off and log back on as yourself
