I just recently bought a tuniq tower 120 and installed it on my E6420 and OCed to 3.2GHZ, but for some reason my OC settings resets every time I restart my computer or shutdown and turn it back on. And whenever it reset my bios settings, I have to go back in and OC it again but then it won't start up, I have to try and OC it back to 3.2GHZ couple times before it actually start up windows.
When I had the Artic Cooling Freezer 7 it didn't had this problem.

Would a different cooler affect my OC, or my mobo temps is high since the tuniq tower block the airflow from the back exhaust fan. Or is it I tighten the tuniq too tight?

do you have a CMOS jumper?
if so, check it and make sure it is shorting the correct pins. if it is shorting the re-set pins, it will revert to default settings each time you boot.
