Buzzing sounds coming from my PC

My computer is buzzing.

I just finished rewiring my PC to make it look a little better. I start it up and i hear an annoying buzzing noise. All the fans are working, and i haven't had any problems runnings things on my desktop. The Core temps are fine, the GPU temp is fine, and the PC temp is fine.

any thoughts what it could be?

take a look inside and make sure no wire is in the way of the fans.
Try figuring out if it could be internal hardware...

I got it to work, i just moved some wires around and pushed hard on some connections.
