Hello,
I am helping a friend set up his new computer. Brand new parts, right out of the box, all set up, and power on! No, it lasts for about 2 to 5 seconds, before the computer powers off again, and then powers back on after 1 second of power off. We have swapped out PSU's with ones that work, but to no avail. I havve tried to see if it was the front panel buttons, but I think thse are all right, too! I have no idea what is going on?!?!?!!??!!?!? Help quickly would be appreciated, as I only have about 2 hours. P.S. His heatsink doesnt go all the way on the mobo. It is a core 2 Duo, and it should be compatible with the board, but only 2 clips can be clipped on at a a time. Stupid Stock Fans. The processor is very hot when I check it after the "Power flashes"
