Where is the motherboard? I would recommend either the Gigabyte P35-DS3R or DS3L.

You don't need that port card, because the motherboard would have those ports. Although not all.

That RAM won't work, because you need DDR2 RAM, to be compatible.

And the sound card that you picked, is not a sound card. It's a RAID PCI controller card. You also do not need a sound card, unless you're really picky about sound.

You forgot the case and power supply.
