OC e6750 to 4ghz

All the details are still being researched. Anybody know the thermal conductivity of a Tuniq? an e6750 pushes about 65w of energy out in joules and I'm confident I can find a peltier efficient enough to bring that down and not exceed the thermal resistance of the hsf.

Man I wish I could get past 3.24, I know my stuff could handle it, but there is no 8 hour stretch when I'm not using my computer to run orthos.

An e6750 draws 163watts of power under full load. Anybody know how that equates into heat energy? Selecting a peltier is critically dependent on the amount of heat being moved from the cold side and the efficiency of the hsf disbursing the heat moved from the processor and generated by the tec itself.

Nope not even then, nowadays im getting around 6 hours of sleep, and right before i sleep im on my pc, and as soon as i wake up im on. LOL . When school starts I'll be overclocking more.

i got to 3.92 on mine using as5 thermal grease.....not even close to being stable though....it booted though!

Eh maybe I'll run a 6 hour test and get away with it, if It's VERY unstable, it would fail before then anyway.

should i try ocing mine to 3.6GHz? Hehe, 400FSB x 9 Multiplier at maybe 1.4Volts? RAM at 1000MHz with 5-5-5-15 and 2.0Volts?

Will it work hehe all i need to do is change the multiplier to 9 and change the voltage on Vcore and RAM from 1.362 to 1.4 and from 1.9 to 2.0
