Thats just the Heatsink/Fan - no CPU. Its a good price if you're looking for a heatsink.

Aha, didn't see that catch there. Anyways, if you are looking for a new CPU HSF, might be wanting to get the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro as an aftermarket HSF.
