Why the **** are you all talking about overclocking then.. there are like 0 server boards that are made for OC'ing.

well think about the opteron.. .those are server processors... and with a good board they still overclock well... but but i don't think we'll luck out with these Xeon's like we did with the Opterons which gamed well, these won't do it tho... atleast i think...

i remember people saying a while back that the quad core xeons and q6600 were very similar and some people bought xeons instead.

from the sounds of things thisis not the case as i think they wouldnt be the best for gaming.

Those prices are if you buy 1000 though...so you can expect them to be a fair bit more expensive.
