I was messing around with system processes and I think i might have accidently stopped something important. It asked me to restart my computer and I did, and when i restarted the PCI device listing page came up. It says Verifying DMI Pool Data at the bottom yet nothing is happening and i am stuck on this page. Is there any way to return my computer to default start up processes through BIOS?

uhmmm, I don't think so. You may have F'd it up. Did you just build the computer? If so it may be easier to just re-install windows all together. A registry backup, or maybe the windows go-back feature may be useful.
