I don't know which memory stick I should get. both are good memory stick but help me decide please.
and also better mobo available for my setup?

It's a pretty nice setup. Glad you picked the 8800GTS 320mb.

Well for the motherboard, it would be better to go with a P35 chipset, such as the Gigabyte P35-DS3R, or the ASUS P5K Deluxe.

For the RAM, the Crucial has been proven, even by some members, like me...that the Crucial Ballistix perform superb for the money.

Not to say OCZ is a bad company for power supplies, but I keep hearing about their ripples on the +12v rail lines, which isn't so bad, but it shouldn't have it either. So I would suggest something like the Corsair 520HX or 620HX.

I can't find any flaws other thatn saving the money and buying the standard clocked version of that 8800gts... you can get the higher clock speeds with a simple program.

Yeah it looks perfect, though I would never pay any extra amount for a card if the only difference is a factory overclock. If its the same cost or has a better fan then I would but I was pretty sure those cards did not.
