Update: i was thinking and decided to wait and replace: the mobo instead of ASUS P5K-V will be the coming soon Intel X38 and the video card instead of EVGA 768-P2-N835-AR e-GeForce 8800 GTX will be the nvidia 9 series PCI-e 2.0
