Hey everyone,
I building my own computer and Im building it for gaming, music, photos, movies. I to the point that I need to pick a motherboard and I just cant decide whats the prefect one. Any Suggestion?

are you building or upgrading?

do you like AMD or Intel?

I'd say that Intel is currently the best, but since Phenom will use AM2, you might as well stick with AMD for now

do you like ATI or NVIDIA?

ATI is definately better now, but NVIDIA has a much larger fanbase especially from casual users and it has nice prices for decent gaming cards

do you want SLI/Crossfire?

SLI/Crossfire are great for gamers, although they are power intensive graphics solutions

front side bus?

do you need a faster front side bus to accomodate the fastest proccesors?

etc. I'm too lazy to do the rest

ATI is not better right now Nvidia is on top right now

and SLI/Crossfire is horrible for almost all gamers unless your playing at incredibly high resolutions

FSB? do you even know what your talking about?

i would say nvidia was way ahead, but i dont keep up with ati cards so i dont know where they are. I just know that nvidia has the 8800's, and soon the 9800's
