Why do we go for boards like Asus,MSI,Gigabyte etc when there r stable Intel mobos around?
Because Intel mobos donot support overclocking.

What would people do if Intel processors cannot be overclocked?
One simple guess. AMD AMD AMD.

Also like to add; Overclocking cpu speed does not damage the chip, extreme heat from overclocking does.
